Reforms in 1999 set the maximum membership at 115, of whom 70 are individuals, 15 current Olympic athletes, 15 national Olympic committee presidents, and 15 international sports federation presidents. The members are elected to renewable eight-year terms, but they must retire at age 70.

Although the learning process has been a hot topic of various sciences, including neuroscience, psychology, pedagogy and the learning theory, the truth is that humankind has yet to discover the full array of factors involved. For the time being, learning is defined as a process that implies constantly altering the existing skills, behaviors and information by synthesizing and acquiring new types of information.

Quantum physics, Thermodynamics & Rocket science are three most difficult subjects of all kinds that can make both teachers and students go crazy or have to take extra effort to get the hang of them.

Materials and equipment that project heterogeneous racial, sexual, and age attributes are selected and used.

Materials and equipment should reflect the diversity that exists in society and avoids stereotyping of any group.

Asking for help can sometimes be a daunting task. Half of students aren’t in the habit of asking questions to their teacher when they need help – and it’s those students who get lower grades. Sending an email is a particularly good way to pose questions to your teacher because the teacher will respond.

The pain you feel today is the strength you will feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered there is an opportunity for growth.

Academic advisers, be they professionals who do advising full-time or faculty, can do much to enhance a student’s experience in college. But students never benefit unless they seek out advisers.
